How hiring works

Find talent — search, or browse 13 categories. Every talent is ID or trade-licence verified by our team.
Choose the way to hire: order a ready-made service package (Basic, Standard or Premium), or post a job and compare proposals. You can also message a talent first, or invite them to your job.
Confirm and hire — one screen shows the scope, total price, delivery date and revisions. You confirm and press Hire.
Track, approve, review — one progress bar: Hired → In progress → Delivered → Approved → Reviewed.

Orders (now): after you hire, both sides see each other's email and phone on the order, and the client pays the talent directly as agreed. Nexus BYF holds no order money and takes no commission on orders.
Never send money to anyone who claims to be Nexus BYF, and never pay before an order exists on the site.
Talent plans and credits are paid to Nexus BYF by card (Stripe: cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay). One payment, no auto-renewal; receipt by email.
Card payments are not available in the Android app — please use the website.

Use Messages to ask questions before you hire. One conversation per client and talent.
Phone numbers, emails and links are hidden automatically until you hire. After hiring they are shown on the order.
Keep important agreements on the order page (messages and files there are kept with the order).

Create your talent profile as an individual (ID + selfie) or an agency (trade licence + manager ID).
Send it for review. Our team checks it within 2 working days; approved profiles get the Verified badge.
Publish services with up to 3 packages, and send proposals on open jobs.

A proposal costs 2 credits (jobs under USD 100), 4 (USD 100–500) or 6 (above USD 500). Answering an invitation from a client costs no credits.
Extra credits: 20 for USD 5 (valid 12 months). Monthly credits reset on the 1st.
Credits come back if the client closes the job without hiring. Withdrawn proposals are not refunded.

Levels are calculated automatically from finished orders with client reviews.

The talent presses Start work to confirm, then delivers with a note and files (up to 25 MB each, private to both sides).
The client approves, or asks for changes within the included revisions.
No reply within 3 days of delivery → the order is approved automatically (the client gets a reminder one day before).
After approval both sides review each other (1–5 stars). Client reviews show on the talent's profile and services.

On the order page, choose Report a problem, pick a reason and describe it.
The Nexus BYF team replies within 2 working days and decides: back to work, approve, or cancel — with a note to both sides.
Before work starts, either side can cancel the order.

Finances shows spend (as a client) or earnings (as a talent) by week, month or year, with your top talent or clients.
